By visiting our website, placing an order, or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Store Information
This website is operated by Abrar Bedding Store. Throughout these Terms, the words “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Abrar Bedding Store.
Our online store is hosted through Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to display and sell our products.
2. Eligibility
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement.
- The information you provide is accurate and complete.
- You are purchasing products for lawful personal or commercial use.
- You will not use our website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
Customers under the legal age of contractual capacity should place orders only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display our bedsheets and other bedding products accurately, including their:
- Design
- Colour
- Size
- Material
- Number of pieces
- Features
- Price
- Availability
However, colours may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, screen brightness, and device-display settings.
Printed designs and pattern placement may also vary slightly because of fabric cutting and manufacturing. Minor differences that do not affect the product’s normal use will not generally be considered defects.
Customers should read the complete product description and confirm the required size before placing an order.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit the quantity of any product.
- Discontinue a product or design.
- Correct product information.
- Refuse or cancel an order where stock is unavailable.
- Replace an unavailable design only after obtaining the customer’s approval.
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Availability is confirmed only when your order has been accepted and processed.
5. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, delivery charges, and discounts without prior notice. However, a price change will not normally affect an order that has already been confirmed.
In the event of an obvious pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and inform the customer.
Discount codes:
- Must be entered at checkout where applicable.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- May have an expiry date or minimum-order condition.
- May not be combined with another offer unless expressly permitted.
- Cannot normally be applied after an order has been placed.
6. Orders
Submitting an order does not automatically mean it has been accepted.
An order is considered confirmed after we verify the customer’s information and provide confirmation through phone, WhatsApp, email, SMS, or the website.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order because of:
- Incorrect customer information
- Invalid or incomplete delivery details
- Suspected fraud
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Repeated refusal of confirmed parcels
- Delivery restrictions in the customer’s location
- Unusually large or suspicious order quantities
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be issued according to our Refund and Return Policy.
7. Customer Information
Customers must provide accurate:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Delivery address
- City and area
- Email address, where required
- Payment information, where applicable
Abrar Bedding Store will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Customers should promptly contact us if any order details need to be corrected.
